Who is responsible

Unique One Consulting Ltda., registered under Brazilian CNPJ 67.506.772/0001-70, is the controller of the personal information collected directly through this website.

What information may be provided

The personal information we handle is essentially what you choose to send us when starting a commercial conversation or requesting a demo:

• full name;
• company;
• business email;
• phone/WhatsApp, when provided;
• whatever context about your operation you choose to describe.

How the demo form works

This point matters, and it sets this site apart from many others: the demo form does not store what you type in a Unique One database.

What the site does is compose a message in your own browser from the fields you filled in, and open WhatsApp with that message ready. Sending it remains your action. If you do not send the message, Unique One does not receive its contents.

From the moment you send it, that information is handled within WhatsApp and by our commercial team, for the purpose of responding to you.

Technical data needed to run the site

Like any website published on the internet, access to these pages may generate technical records in the hosting and content-delivery infrastructure — for example IP address, request date and time, browser type and the page requested.

Such records are inherent to how the web operates and to its security, and can exist even with no analytics tool installed. We do not use them to build behavioural profiles or for advertising.

Why we use the information

• to respond to your contact and follow up on the request you started;
• to hold a commercial conversation about applying the platform to your operation;
• to operate, maintain and protect the website;
• to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Cookies and equivalent technologies

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies. We use only strictly necessary local storage — for example, to remember your cookie preference in this browser.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Like any digital operation, we rely on infrastructure providers — hosting and content delivery — and, when you choose that route, on WhatsApp itself, a third-party service with its own terms and privacy policy.

We may also need to share information where there is a legal obligation, a request from a competent authority, or a need to defend rights.

Retention

We keep contact information only for as long as needed to conduct the commercial conversation you started and to meet applicable legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

Security

We follow development and operational practices aimed at protecting information, including access control and responsible dependency management.

No digital environment is immune to incidents, and we make no absolute security promises. We work to reduce risk and to respond appropriately if something happens.

Your rights

Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018) grants data subjects rights such as confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion in certain circumstances, and withdrawal of consent where consent is the legal basis.
